Our company philosophy has always centered around striving to be the best custom home building company in North Carolina, and bringing to life innovative distinct designs with the highest quality materials and workmanship. We stress the absolute highest levels of quality, material, workmanship and service in each and every home we build. Todd Marshburn has loads of experience with this service, using respected equipment brands and trusted material providers. We offer professional and experienced help with your projects, helping to match your unique needs and budget. We strive to provide great customer service and clear communication so you can understand the progress of your job at every phase.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Our goal is to make sure your home is as efficient as possible. We will utilize spray foam insulation, build your house with a sealed crawl space and insulated foundation walls as requested. We also use Tech Sheild, which helps reflect heat from the roof. All our houses are inspected by E2 Technologies to make sure they meet and/or exceed energy requirements.
WHAT SETS US APART
Why a custom home? The difference between us and production builders is we will build your house the way YOU want it. Production builders will only give you a handfull of choices to choose from but with a custom home...if you want it you get it. If you can dream it we will build it. What sets us apart is we screw and glue all the subfloors to prevent squeaks, we build the crawlspace doors out of PVC to prevent rotting, make sure your deck is built in a way to help prevent splinters just to name a few...
